PRIVACY POLICY.
Updated October 15, 2026
This limited notice explains how Kaimara Wedding Films handles information submitted through this website and visitor requests made when its resources load.
Information you share
The website inquiry form requires your names and email address. You may also provide a phone number, wedding date, venue, photographer, details about your plans, style or reference links, package interest and how you found us. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond, check availability, discuss services and pricing, and follow up about your request. Submitting the form does not reserve a date or create a booking. The website form does not include a marketing subscription.
Email delivery and records
Your inquiry passes through Resend for email delivery to kaimaraweddingfilms@gmail.com. An automatic acknowledgement is also sent to the email address you provide, although delivery can fail. Inquiry messages and delivery records may remain with Resend and the email providers and mailboxes involved. The website inquiry handler does not save inquiries to an application database or CRM. This notice does not specify a fixed retention period or promise automatic deletion after a set time.
Hosting, embedded media and external links
This website is hosted by Replit and includes Vimeo videos and fonts delivered by Google Fonts. Homepage background videos and fonts load automatically; portfolio video players load when activated. Hosting and these external resources process visitor requests and may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the referring website. Hosting providers may also process request and security logs. Social links take you to external services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
No separate app-configured analytics tool was identified in the current website code. This is not a complete cookie or tracking audit: hosting and embedded-media providers may use cookies or similar technology. Your browser settings and the providers’ own controls may limit some of this processing; blocking resources may affect embedded features.
Questions and requests
For questions or requests about your inquiry information, including correction or deletion requests, contact us using the business email address below. Provider and mailbox records may also be subject to those services’ own storage and deletion practices.
Updates
We may revise this notice when the website or its information-handling practices change. The update date above identifies this version.
